A
Tri-County Pools design specialist will come out to your building
site, review and measure the proposed location of your backyard
pool project and then will discuss with you what type of pool
you are wanting - be it a diving pool, sport-play pool, lap
pool or any special purpose pool. Then we will review the
various pool shapes - do you want a random free form, straight
line and angular or a combination. Before the final design
stage actually begins, in addition to the above information,
items discussed would include types and styles of decking,
perimeter coping, cleaning systems, water features, sanitizers
& lighting etc.
One
of the initial steps of course begins by consulting with the
homeowner on a budget - which once established along with
the owners' desired features and needs being addressed, Tri-County
Pools will start by creating a design.
The
design specialist then works with our staff CAD specialist
to computerize a custom pool design to meet your specifications.
The preliminary plan for the pool and/or pool & spa project,
will then be reviewed by you for any design changes or modifications.
Many
of our pools, due to their designs, have complex electrical
systems and hydraulics, challenging construction structural
requirements and/or complex deck designs. We will make sure
that the design is created correctly and that every detail
is taken into consideration. We work very closely with our
sub-contractors and suppliers every step of the way. Tri-County
Pools provides issue resolution, project management and oversees
quality control daily while managing all phases of the pool
construction process. We take pride in all our projects as
do our experienced sub-contractors. Tri-County Pools, as well
as all sub-contractors are fully covered with liability insurance.
